  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained on paper towel
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Melt butter in pan; use square cake pan to bake in.

    Combine other ingredients well and pour in pan.
  3. 3
    Bake at 400° until well done.

    Top will begin to brown and bread will be springy.
