  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 box chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • grated cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish at 350° to 400°.

    If desired, grate cheese on top just before casserole is done.
