Broccoli-Corn Casserole

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli or equivalent fresh
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, about drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

    Thaw and drain broccoli.

    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon margarine.

    Combine corns, broccoli, onion and mustard.

    Place in greased casserole dish.

    Combine cracker crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
