- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/8 c. grated onion
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2(Use only 1/2 cup pecans.)

3Put 1 cup pecans on wax paper.

4Shape mixture into a large ball (refrigerate if too soft) and roll in pecans.

5Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

6Serve with Ritz crackers.
