  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/8 c. grated onion
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    Mix all ingredients.

    (Use only 1/2 cup pecans.)

    Put 1 cup pecans on wax paper.

    Shape mixture into a large ball (refrigerate if too soft) and roll in pecans.

    Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

    Serve with Ritz crackers.
