  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy muffin mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli

Directions

    Saute onion and broccoli in margarine.

    Mix muffin mix with other ingredients.

    Fold in sauteed mixture.

    Bake in greased muffin tin or 7 x 11-inch baking dish for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
