- 4 eggs
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
Directions

1Saute onion and broccoli in margarine.

3Fold in sauteed mixture.

4Bake in greased muffin tin or 7 x 11-inch baking dish for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
