  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. cooked broccoli

Directions

    Steam together the broccoli and the onion for a few minutes. Then cool.

    Mix all together and bake in pan of your choice for 30 minutes at 350°.
