- 1 box chopped broccoli, frozen
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix well and add 1 box (8 1/2 oz.)

2Jiffy cornbread muffin mix and a dash of Tabasco.

3Heat large skillet very hot with cooking oil.

4Cook 25 to 30 minutes at 400° or until golden brown.

5Bake thin; when cool, cut into small squares.

6Bake in 2 skillets or 2 pans.
