  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 oz. chopped, frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 10 oz. cottage cheese

Directions

    Defrost broccoli.

    Melt oleo in a large saucepan.

    Add eggs, cornbread mix, cottage cheese and broccoli.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan (no need to grease pan) for 25 minutes at 400°.
