  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions

    Thaw and drain broccoli.

    Slightly beat eggs.

    Mix in margarine, onion and cottage cheese; blend well.

    Stir in cornbread mix.

    Pour mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 25 minutes at 400°.
