  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 1 c. grated American cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can onion rings

Directions

    Cook broccoli until almost tender and place it in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Combine water chestnuts, cheese, soup and milk. Pour this over the broccoli.

    Top with onion rings and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Bake casserole before onion rings are put on top at 350° for 25 minutes.
