- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can onion rings
Directions

1Cook broccoli until almost tender and place it in a 2-quart casserole dish.

2Combine water chestnuts, cheese, soup and milk. Pour this over the broccoli.

3Top with onion rings and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

4Bake casserole before onion rings are put on top at 350° for 25 minutes.
