  • 1 pound pizza dough store-bought or homemade, enough for 2 people, or as needed
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce or tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil infused with minced garlic at low heat for 10 minutes
  • 2 each mushrooms, button sliced, or cremini
  • 1/2 each green bell peppers slice into 1/4-inch thick
  • 1/4 each red onion thinly slcied
  • 1 cup broccoli florets cut into bite pieces
  • 3 tablespoons kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • 1 clove garlic sliced
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 x olive oil for drizzling

    Preheat the oven to 450 F degree.

    Roll the pizza dough or bread dough into a 12-inch circle.

    Place the dough onto a pizza pan that's sprinkled with cornmeal.

    In a bowl, toss together all the topping ingredients with 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper

    Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

    Place the topping ingredients on top, and spread to cover the dough evenly.

    Bake until the shell is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.

    Cool slightly and serve warm.

    Note: If you'd like to add some cheese, place the cheese over the sauce before you add the toppings.
