- 1 head broccoli (add more if desired)
- 1 lb spinach rotini pasta
- 2 -4 garlic cloves, diced
- 14-12 cup olive oil
- parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions

1Steam broccoli to desired texture.

3Saute garlic in the olive oil.

4Mix broccoli, noodles, sauteed garlic with oil in a large bowl (the oil serves as a light sauce.

5You may want to saute more garlic if more is desired).

6Sprinkle desired amount of Parmesan cheese on top.
