- 1/2 c. each: oil and red wine vinegar
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 3/4 tsp. each: marjoram, dry mustard and salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked and drained
- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento or red pepper
- pimiento strips and parsley (for garnish)
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix well oil, vinegar, garlic, marjoram, mustard, salt and pepper.

2Add broccoli and peas; toss to mix well.

3Chill at least 1 hour.

4Add cabbage, carrots and chopped pimiento; toss to mix well.

5Garnish with rolled-up strips of pimiento and parsley.

6Makes 6 servings.
