- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. butter/margarine
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 4 c. diced or chipped ham
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Directions

1In large bowl, blend cheese, soup and milk.

2Cook onion in butter until tender.

3Add onion, broccoli (cooked), ham and uncooked rice and Worcestershire sauce to soup mixture.

4Turn into 3-quart casserole.

5Cover tightly.

6Bake at 400° (covered) until bubbly.
