Broccoli Ham Roll-Ups

- 1 lb. deli ham, sliced
- broccoli stalks (fresh or frozen)
- white rice, cooked
- Velveeta cheese (small pkg.)
- milk
Directions

1Cook broccoli.

2Cook 3 cups white rice; lay in bottom of glass dish.

3Place one stalk of broccoli at end of ham slice; roll. Place each broccoli/ham roll on top of rice until rice is covered. Melt Velveeta cheese and 3 tablespoons milk in microwave; pour hot sauce over dish.

4Cook in microwave for 5 minutes on High or in oven at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Everything is cooked, just warm through.
