Broccoli Lasagna

  • 24 oz. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 8 oz. lasagna, cooked
  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 bacon slices, lightly fried

Directions

    Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, salt, garlic salt and parsley.

    In a buttered glass dish, place 2 or 3 layers of the following in the order shown:

    noodles, cottage cheese mixture, broccoli, Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese.

    Top with bacon strips. Bake at 350° until lasagna bubbles.

    Serves 6 to 8.
