- 4 -6 cups broccoli
- 5 -6 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 12 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Directions

1Wash the broccoli.

2Cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes until barely tender and still brightly colored.

3Finely chop the garlic.

4Place olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

5Add salt, then garlic to the hot oil.

6Saute until garlic starts to soften and brown.

7Add the water, soy sauce, then pepper.

8Lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

9Place cooked broccoli in a bowl and pour the garlic mixture over it.

10Mix gently.
