Broccoli Nut Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 (16 oz.) bag
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 medium chopped onion or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs
Directions

1Rinse broccoli in hot water and drain well.

2Mix all ingredients, except cheese and bread.

3Pour into greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.

4Sprinkle with cheese and top with bread crumbs.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
