Broccoli Nut Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 (16 oz.) bag
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium chopped onion or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs

Directions

    Rinse broccoli in hot water and drain well.

    Mix all ingredients, except cheese and bread.

    Pour into greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.

    Sprinkle with cheese and top with bread crumbs.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
