- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, steamed, or steamed fresh broccoli*
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. rice
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Hi Ho crackers
Directions

1After broccoli or squash is cooked, also the rice, mix all other ingredients together; add salt and pepper to taste.

2Pour into casserole dish and top with crushed Hi Ho crackers.

3Bake at 350° until casserole browns on top, about 30 to 40 minutes.
