  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, steamed, or steamed fresh broccoli*
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Hi Ho crackers

Directions

    After broccoli or squash is cooked, also the rice, mix all other ingredients together; add salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour into casserole dish and top with crushed Hi Ho crackers.

    Bake at 350° until casserole browns on top, about 30 to 40 minutes.
