  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook frozen broccoli spears in unsalted water until tender. Drain.

    Cook onion in butter until tender.

    Blend in cream of chicken soup, milk and cheese.

    Heat and serve atop broccoli. Serves 6.
