- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook frozen broccoli spears in unsalted water until tender. Drain.

2Cook onion in butter until tender.

3Blend in cream of chicken soup, milk and cheese.

4Heat and serve atop broccoli. Serves 6.
