Broccoli-Peas Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (17 oz.) can green peas
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. crushed round crackers
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions.

2Drain. Arrange 1 package cooked broccoli in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

3Cover with peas.

4Mix mushroom soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cheese, onions and eggs to make sauce.

5Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli and peas.

6Add remaining broccoli and top with remaining sauce.

7Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Yields 8 servings.
