- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1/2 c mayonaise
- 3 tbs chopped chipotle in adobo
- 1/3 c vegetable oil
- 1 lime
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1/4 c fresh basil
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- 2 tbs onion powder
- 4 tbs cumin
- 1 tbs kosher salt
- 1 tbs white pepper
- 16 small corn tortillas (~5 inch)
