  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1/2 c mayonaise
  • 3 tbs chopped chipotle in adobo
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 c fresh basil
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 tbs garlic powder
  • 2 tbs onion powder
  • 4 tbs cumin
  • 1 tbs kosher salt
  • 1 tbs white pepper
  • 16 small corn tortillas (~5 inch)
