- 12 to 18 medium onions, quartered
- 2 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cook onions in salt water until tender.

2Save 1 1/2 cups of the water.

3Blend water, flour, cheese and pepper into a sauce. Pour over onions in casserole.

4Sprinkle bread crumbs over the sauce.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
