- 1 (9 to 10-inch) fluted pie crust
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli, washed and large stems removed
- 1/4 c. minced green onion (white part only)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Lightly steam or parboil broccoli and drain.

2Saute onion in butter until soft, then toss with broccoli.

3Line pastry shell with Swiss cheese.

4Arrange broccoli over cheese.

5Beat half and half with eggs and seasonings.

6Pour over vegetables.

7Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika.

8Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.
