  • 1 c. mashed potatoes, cooled
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 5 to 6 c. flour

    Work this until you can roll it.

    Roll to 3/8-inch (1/2-inch is too big).

    Cut it out with a water glass.

    To make the hole, use a bottle neck if you don't have anything else!

    Deep fry until brown.

    Let cool.

    Put in bag with sugar or combination of sugar and cinnamon and shake.
