- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 or 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and pimentos.

3Pour into greased 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and pimentos over the top.

4Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
