- 2 heads Broccoli
- 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Cubed Small
- 2 cups Frozen Peas, Thawed
- 2 cups Baby Carrots Sliced
- 1 cup Poppyseed Dressing
- Pepper To Taste
- 1 pound Bacon, Cooked And Diced
Directions

1Wash and pat dry broccoli. Cut broccoli top into small florets. Discard stalk. In a large bowl combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, peas, carrots and dressing. Season with pepper. When ready to serve, add bacon and toss.
