  • 2 heads Broccoli
  • 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Cubed Small
  • 2 cups Frozen Peas, Thawed
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots Sliced
  • 1 cup Poppyseed Dressing
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1 pound Bacon, Cooked And Diced

Directions

    Wash and pat dry broccoli. Cut broccoli top into small florets. Discard stalk. In a large bowl combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, peas, carrots and dressing. Season with pepper. When ready to serve, add bacon and toss.
