Broccoli Salad

  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/3 cups Golden Raisins
  • 1/3 cups Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1/3 cups Chopped Walnuts Or Pecans
  • 4 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cups Sugar
  • 1/3 cups Vinegar

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine bite-size broccoli florets, raisins, chopped onion, chopped nuts, and crumbled bacon. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Mix well. Store both in the refrigerator until you're just about read to eat. Pour the dressing on the broccoli and serve!

    Note: I frequently use more vinegar and less mayo because I like it more tart. You can also substitute some of the mayo with low-fat sour cream.
