Broccoli Salad

- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 bunch broccoli (4 to 5 c.)
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c. diced red onion
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels, crumble and set aside. Cut the broccoli into pieces.

2Cook until crisp-tender.

3In a large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds and onion.

4In a small bowl, stir together salad dressing, sugar and vinegar until well blended. Spoon over broccoli mixture.

5Toss to coat. Sprinkle bacon over salad and toss.

6Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

7Serves 10 to 12.
