- 10 to 16 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushroom slices
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- milk
Directions

1Boil broccoli 10 minutes in 1 cup water.

2Drain well.

3Put cooked broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, butter, salt and pepper in pot.

4Add enough milk (about 1 1/2 cups) to get the consistency you like.

5Let simmer for 10 minutes; stir often! Serve in bowls with shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese sprinkled on top.
