- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1 medium onion
- 4 broccoli stalks (I usually use the leftover stalks after using the florets)
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. cream or milk
- salt and pepper to taste

3and broccoli in melted margarine until tender.

8Add chicken broth and simmer

10Pour into blender or food processor and puree
