- 1 from 1 bunch Broccoli stems
- 10 cm Carrot
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 pinch Shio-konbu
- 1 dash Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Directions

1Combine the ingredients in a bowl.

2Peel the broccoli stems and julienne the stems and the carrot.

3Cut them into the same lengths for presentation.

4Blanch the vegetables for 10 seconds in salted boiling water.

5It's easier if you boil them in a strainer.

6(If you are boiling the broccoli florets as well, cook after the stems and carrot have cooked.)

7Drain well, and put in the bowl from Step 1 while still hot.

8Taste, and add more shio-konbu if needed.
