- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- boned chicken (optional)
Directions

1Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.

2Put into a bowl and stir in, slowly, butter and broth.

3Drop by tablespoonfuls into a pan of boiling salted chicken broth.

4Cover the pan and let boil slowly for about ten or fifteen minutes.

5Drop in boned chicken and simmer.
