  • 1 tsp. butter, melted
  • 3 stalks broccoli (about 1 lb.), stems peeled
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar
  • 1/3 c. low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
