Broccoli with Chowder Sauce

  • 2 (10 ounce) packagesfrozen broccoli stems
  • 1 (15 ounce) can condensed new england clam chowder
  • 14 cup sour cream or 14 cup milk
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Arrange broccoli in greased 8 inch square baking dish.

    In small bowl, combine chowder and sour cream; spoon over broccoli.

    Bake 20 minutes.

    Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.

    Return to oven for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
