- 6 medium pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk (optional)
- 1 (15 oz.) can green beans
- potatoes, peeled and diced
Directions

1Brown pork chops in hot oil.

2Remove chops and add soup to drippings to make gravy.

3If gravy is too thick, add milk to thin. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish with potatoes.

4Add green beans.

5Place chops on top of beans and cover with gravy.

6Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
