- 4 to 6 bluefish fillets
- 1/4 c. melted shortening or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt, pepper and paprika
Directions

1Place fish in foil-lined pan, skin side up.

2Baste with a mixture of melted shortening, salt, lemon juice and pepper. Sprinkle each piece with paprika.

3Place pan 4 to 5 inches from broiler unit and cook 5 minutes.

4Turn fish and repeat basting and paprika.

5Cook about 5 more minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serves 4.
