- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Cook squash with onions.

2Drain and mash down.

3Add butter; stir until melted.

4Place in casserole dish and add mushroom soup and grated cheese.

5Mix.

6Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.

7Bake at 325° for 20 or 30 minutes.
