- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- 1 tsp. seafood seasoning or 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Pick over crabmeat gently and carefully to remove shells and cartilage; do not break up lump meat.

2Add seasoning, lemon juice, parsley and eggs; combine gently.

3Form into medium-size cakes; place in lightly buttered flat pan.

4Place under broiler; cook until golden brown, turning once.

5Serve with salted crackers. Makes 4 servings.
