- 1 lb. lump crab meat, picked
- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. minced parsley
- 1 tsp. celery flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 6 pats butter
Directions

1Remove the crusts from the bread and crumble.

2Mix the bread with the salt, pepper, parsley and celery flakes.

3Beat the egg with the mustard.

4Add crab meat and mix gently.

5Moisten with mayonnaise.

6Shape into 6 balls, flatten slightly and put a pat of butter on top of each ball.

7Broil on low oven rack approximately 20 minutes.
