- fresh or frozen flounder fillets
- dots of butter
- dash of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Wash and pat dry flounder fillets.

2Line baking pan with heavy duty tinfoil.

3Spray foil with Pam.

4Place fillets on top of foil in pan.

5Put dots of butter on top of each fillet; then top each with several drops of lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Broil in oven for approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and done.
