Broiled Salmon Buns

  • 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans salmon
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. pickle relish
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 to 8 hamburger buns, split and buttered

    Drain and flake salmon.

    Combine with remaining ingredients except buns.

    Spread mixture evenly onto buttered sides of buns. Broil until golden, about 5 minutes.
