- 1 lb. beef cubes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can beer
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
Directions

1Brown beef in butter.

2Add beer, basil, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.

3Stir in gravy mix and cook until thick (about 5 minutes).

4I sometimes add sliced carrots.

5Serve over wild rice.
