  • 1 1/4 cups brown mustard seeds
  • 2 cups white wine or white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups dark or amber beer
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground all spice
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions

    Soak mustard seeds overnight in the vinegar, beer and sugar.

    Add remaining ingredients and whiz in a blender.
