- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. graham flour (whole wheat)
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 2 pkg. yeast
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water.

2Add a teaspoon of sugar. Combine shortening, boiling water, sugar, salt and graham flour. Stir until shortening is melted.

3Let stand until lukewarm.

4Add yeast mixture, molasses and eggs.

5Add white flour as needed (about 6 to 7 cups) to make firm elastic dough.

6Let rise until double.

7Knead down and let rise again.

8Shape into rolls.

9Let rise.

10Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
