Ingredients
- 2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
- 1 (14 oz.) can Borden Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 lb. chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, thoroughly. Mixture will be thick.

2Spray cookie sheets with Pam or other vegetable spray.

3Drop heaping 1/2 teaspoonfuls of mixture on cookie sheet.

4Place 2 chocolate chips, side by side, like eyes. Press into cookie dough lightly.

5Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes; check.

6Take out before brown.

7Do not let bottom of cookie get brown or they will be too hard.

8Cool on wire, then store.

9Makes about 60 cookies.
