Ingredients

  • 2 c. quick oatmeal
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Borden Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 lb. chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, thoroughly. Mixture will be thick.

    Spray cookie sheets with Pam or other vegetable spray.

    Drop heaping 1/2 teaspoonfuls of mixture on cookie sheet.

    Place 2 chocolate chips, side by side, like eyes. Press into cookie dough lightly.

    Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes; check.

    Take out before brown.

    Do not let bottom of cookie get brown or they will be too hard.

    Cool on wire, then store.

    Makes about 60 cookies.
