  • 5 c. Mochiko
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can frozen coconut milk
  • 1 can Azuki Tsukushian
  • sesame seed

Directions

    Mix together the Mochiko, baking soda, sugar, water and coconut milk.

    Stir in azuki.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with sesame seed.

    Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until done.
