- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 can frozen coconut milk
- 1 can Azuki Tsukushian
- sesame seed
Directions

1Mix together the Mochiko, baking soda, sugar, water and coconut milk.

2Stir in azuki.

3Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with sesame seed.

4Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until done.
