- 1 c. consomme soup (canned or use bouillon)
- 1 c. onion soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- chicken pieces (example: 2 breasts, 2 leg quarters)
Directions

1Brown rice in margarine in skillet.

2Add soups to rice and mushrooms.

3Brown chicken pieces in a separate pan.

4Place rice in oven-proof dish and top with chicken pieces.

5Cover.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
