- 1 c. brown rice
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. watercress, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- water per recipe noted on box
Directions

1Brown rice in a little bit of oil until slightly toasted. Remove from pan.

2Next, saute onions and celery in the same pan; add more oil, if needed.

3Add rice and remaining ingredients and water.

4Cover and cook about 30 minutes, until rice is soft (per recipe on box of rice).
