- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 can consomme and water to make 2 c.
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
Directions

1Brown rice in oil with celery and green pepper.

2Add consomme, Worcestershire and catsup.

3Place in a baking dish and bake at 350° until rice is tender, or cover and finish cooking on top of the stove, 15 minutes at a low flame until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
